Hi-Tech Recycling India Pvt. Ltd. has a dedicated workshop for carrying out testing, dismantling and refurbishing operations.

The area is so organized as to facilitate and optimize the efficiency of the various operations.
The workshop has test beds and dismantling stations. Proper dust collectors are used to collect and dispose-off dust during the dismantling and checking.

Since assembly-line process is not suited for manual dismantling, the operations are performed independently at workstations. This arrangement also benefits by allowing the efficient operators to perform independently without being slowed down by their less experienced counterparts.

The cutting and dismantling processes are done using hand tools that can be lifted to reach higher areas in case of dismantling of taller equipments.

The wire separated are bundled and put in a shredder for separation of plastic casing and metal. The metal is then melted and converted into almost pure ingots in the furnace while the plastic is sent to plastic recycler for further process.

The workstations are so laid out as to allow a trolley to freely move within the workshop to bring in equipment for dismantling and pick up components and material after the dismantling and transfer for segregation or to finished goods storage area.
